About payment
According to exchange policy of China, with the air of bringing convenience for foreign buyers, we accept following payment methods: 1,If the foreign customer let their agent in Shenzhen or HongKong pay us, we can accept USD£¬RMB and HKD. 2,We generally accept the Paypal only in the first order as the samples payment, because of the exchange management in China. Once we gain the trust from each other, we often accept Bank Transfer or Western Union. 3,The buyer need to pay bank charges according to the trading rule,normally we charge USD20.00-USD40.00 for bank charge in each order and make it under the circumstances. 4. Please send T/T copy to us by Fax or Email right away upon making payment successfully, so that we can check it and send products as soon as possible.
About shipping
We generally take following shipping methods depend on Voluntary rules. 1,Collecting the goods by yourself: If the buyer or their agent come to our company to collect goods, we can assist them to choose shipping method, the customer need to afford related charges. 2,International Express: If the customer has their own DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT Account Number which can pay shipping charge by themselves, we can help them inform express company to receive goods from us or send goods to shipping agent company. If the customer has no any international express account number, we¡¯ll calculate the shipping charge and let customer check it. After the customer confirm and send payment, we¡¯ll contact the shipping company and arrange shipment soon. 3, By Air: We can provide the contact information of shipping company to the buyer, let the buy contact them directly. Meanwhile, we can prepare some necessary documents for customer. We can also contact the shipping company and calculate the related charges for customer if they demand. 4,By Sea: the buyer must directly contact the shipping agent company. We won¡¯t be in charge of declarations by sea.(but we can provide entrusted declaration company for the customer),and provide necessary documents for customer as well.
